TOMPKINS AT THE CAPITOL

Today the Tompkins team took a trip to the capitol of Missouri, Jefferson City. We visited the Missouri State Information Center where we are analyzing and assessing the buildings shell and making recommendations for improvements to help make the building look as good as it did when it was first completed. This project is a good reminder of the importance of building maintenance and making sure that a small problem does not get out of hand. It is imperative that as winter quickly approaches, owners make sure that the cracks and leaks do not become exponentially worse with the freezing and melting of water inside a wall or window. More on this later.
